A wonderful stay thanks to wonderful people!

We loved our stay here! The staff are absolutely exceptional at reception and also in the restaurant, and they really made our stay as brilliant as could be; everyone was friendly, kind, and helpful, and we felt very welcomed and cared for. The communal area was beautiful and the bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. I loved the location as well - very walkable into more lively areas of the port but also tucked away and more peaceful. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

The bedrooms could do with updating, but I think they are being refurbished for next year anyway! Honestly, everything was great and I would happily stay here again.

Would highly recommend this place as a base for cycling in Mallorca!

We are a group of cyclists and the accident bike storage facilities much like a ski room were a big advantage for us. Staff really helpful.

Really want something to eat on our first night arriving nearly midnight and there is no option for anything to eat. Quite a distance from town.

Great as a base but not somewhere to relax.

Great location for exploring the local area and further afield. The bedroom was a good size.

The gym was poor, not somewhere I would want to work out and the towels were small and thin.

Great apartment hotel, highly recommended

Really nice apartment hotel, with all the space and amenities we needed to keep us and our toddler comfortable. A few minutes walk to the beach and near a really good bus stop and a supermarket.

Not much to critique really; met all our needs broadly. Could have been slightly closer to the centre of Port de Pollenca, but it isn't too far either

Great spot for our training holiday

Breakfast offerings were one of the best I have ever seen. Decent location on the southern end of town. Decent sized room. Great for cycling from.

It’s a family hotel so there are loads of activities at the pool.

Great location, perfect set up for families with small children

The location is great, very close to the beach and restaurant Perfect if you travel with babies as you have a fully equipped kitchen and living room with sofa bed Staff was very nice Dinner is very good value for money

The bed is a bit uncomfortable as therr are 2 twins rather than a double bed, also they offer you just 2 pillows On booking.com it says it’s a 4 star hotel, but on their website is 3 starts The rooms afe very basic, old furniture

It was an excellent stay to relax and have great views! Great breakfast.

Great breakfast! Very nice staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Spacious bedroom, with a nice mountain view. Good shower, and it's very close to the beach.

The cleaning of the room could have been a bit more through, but it was good. 9/10

We made good memories here!

The property is lovely, the reception area is very welcoming. We liked the pool area and the kids loved the play area. As a vegetarian, I was very impressed with the food selection at dinner, it was delicious!

Unfortunately our apartment was not a newly refurbished one and we (my husband and I ) had 2 single beds pushed together- very uncomfortable bed and pillows. We wanted to sit out on our balcony in the evenings however unfortunately the people staying in the apartment next to us smoked in their balcony all evening which was not pleasant for us so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony whilst the kids were in bed.

Comfortable Hotel for adults and kids, close to sandy beach

The room was spacious for 3 people (me and my 2 kids). It even hat living room with kitchenette for cooking. There was a big nice pool for swimming and playing. The breakfast buffet was very delicious. Within 5 minutes we walked to the long, sandy beach. Lots of parking avalailable.

Nothing was negative.

What was the highlight of Hotel Bahia Pollensa

Great base for a beach trip to Pollensa.

Very good base for a visit to Puerto Pollensa. Short walk to the beach and seafront and a longer but very flat and enjoyable walk along the seafront to the main part of town where most bars and restaurants were. Rooms were clean and tidy, the pool area was a decent size and was quiet when we used it. Reasonably priced cocktails from the bar, I liked that they had a window you could order at from the pool so you didn't have to go inside in swimwear. We spent most of our time out at the beach so this was a great base and was very clean. Sparkling wine, olives and water on arrival were a nice touch, and being able to borrow pool/beach towels for a €10 deposit was very helpful.

No real complaints, but if you want to be nearer the action this hotel may be a bit too far unless you don't mind a walk.

Excellent Hotel in a good location for cycling

We have stayed here before twice so knew the location and facilities, the staff are really friendly and always say hello or have a conversation. The staff are also helpful and the hotel has a nice bar and dining area

We were in a room that overlooked the forecourt entrance so we got woke up regularly by the transfer buses coming in, would have preferred a quieter room away from this area. I would also like to suggest that when it's the weekend of the 312 that the hotel asks people whether they are doing the 312 when they book as they could locate people in different areas of the hotel. We were woke up by people getting up at 4am to do the 312. Also re the room doors, these need to be sorted so they don't bang when they shut because people kept letting their doors shut in the night and not considering others

Lovely hotel, look forward to coming back in the future.

Breakfast good selection although the coffee is horrible! Please change it! Staff are all very nice, friendly and helpful. Room size is good, but not all rooms have the same things ( coffee filter, dressing table)

Leaky, spraying bathroom tap! Noisy plumbing when toilet flushed, low water pressure in room meant it was hard to was my hair! Bad coffee for breakfast! Would like more gluten free options and better vegetarian, allergy labels at meal times.

Quiet location with great staff

The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The bar staff were particularly welcoming and attentive, preparing some excellent cocktails!

We were situated immediately above roller doors which opened and closed early and late. The kitchenette didn’t have a shark knife or scissors and cooking bacon set the fire alarm off!

It was okee, but not to be repeated.

The breakfast was very nice. And a cyclinggarage to put out bikes. The appartement was very nice and clean.

The buffetdiner was changed to a la cart with limited choice due to seasonending. It was tasty but it was not what we expected. We could hear all the neighbors so very noisy.

Very Good

Large clean room with all the things you would need. Good air conditioning. Excellent buffet breakfast which varied each day. Very helpful staff. Pool was good but sea and beach was about 5 mins walk away so used that more. Situated about 10 mins walk to the nearest restaurants and 5 mins walk form the nearest bust stop.

Could do with a few rails in the bathroom to hang up towels etc.
